  • We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are final unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made using accepted methods.

  • Order modifications are only possible if confirmed by our team.

Delivery

  • Delivery time varies by location and courier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

  • Tracking details will be shared if available.

Exchange & Refund

  • Exchanges/refunds apply only for defective or incorrect items.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. The tag of the product should not be removed 

  • Contact must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds, if approved, will follow our internal guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Intellectual Property
