General Return Conditions

1. No Size Change:
We do not accept returns for size-related issues. Please check your size carefully before placing an order.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video:
A clear and continuous unboxing video is required as proof in case of damage. The video must show:

The full process of opening the package

The product in the condition it was received

The defects or damage (if any)
3. Brand Tag Condition:
The brand tag must not be removed or tampered with. Products without the original brand tag will not be accepted for return or refund.
Return Request Timeframe
Customers must submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Verification Process
After a return request is submitted:
1. Our team will review the unboxing video and details provided.
2. If the request is approved, we will share the return instructions.
3. The customer must return the product in its original condition, with:

No signs of use or wear
4. Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Refund Policy
A refund will be issued only if the product is confirmed to be damaged after inspection. Refund will be processed after the returned damaged product is received and verified.
