For any return request involving damage or defects, a continuous and clear unboxing video is mandatory; this video must show the sealed package from all sides, the visible shipping label, the opening process without cuts or edits, and the product in the condition it was received. This requirement helps us verify the issue accurately and protects both the customer and our brand from misunderstandings. The product’s brand tag must remain intact and must not be removed, torn, or tampered with in any way; items without their original tag are not eligible for return, refund, or inspection. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, and requests made after this period cannot be accepted for any reason, as this timeframe ensures timely verification and maintains product quality. We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Situations such as size concerns, minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences, or change of mind are not considered valid reasons for return. Once a return request is submitted, our team reviews the unboxing video and the details provided to determine eligibility. If approved, the customer must send the product back unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels. The returned item undergoes a quality inspection once it reaches our facility, and a refund is issued only if the defect or damage is confirmed by our team. Refunds can be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit based on the customer’s preference, and the processing time may take approximately 5–7 working days after approval. Some situations automatically classify a return as non-eligible, including cases where the brand tag is removed, no unboxing video is provided, the product shows visible signs of use or damage caused after delivery, the packaging is incomplete, or the return request is submitted after the allowed timeframe. Customers are responsible for maintaining the product in unused condition until the return process concludes and for following all instructions provided.
